Easy Buttermilk Pancakes


10 oz AP flour

3/4 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp. white sugar

2 eggs

4 tbsp. butter

1/4 cup sour cream

2 cups buttermilk


Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside. Melt and cool the butter in a dish. Meanwhile combine buttermilk, eggs and sour cream. Whisk in the butter. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mix roughly (do not overmidx) and let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile heat a pan on medium heat. Pour the batter and fry the pancakes for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and delicious. Enjoy!
