Healthy Oatmeal, Banana, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookies



3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup peanut butter (organic)

1/2 canola oil

2 cups old-fashioned oats

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

6 tbsp flour (optional)

1/3 cup coconut (optional)


Heat the oven to 350. Mix all the ingredients above in a large bowl until well integrated. Scoop  dough in 2 tbsp balls onto a sil-pad (or parchment paper) covered baking sheet. Press the dough down gently and baked until lightly browned (12-14 minutes). Enjoy!
